Refund policy

Dolly Duke Designs, Inc. will provide refunds for merchandise (except for Custom Orders) returned within 30 days of initial purchase. No returns are accepted for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Custom Orders are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email or call us to resolve the matter. Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

Refunds will be made to the credit card of the original purchase. An email will be sent to you confirming the return.

If you choose to return an item to us, you are responsible for the return postage.

Please note that cushions, soakers, and table linens that show obvious signs they have been used and/or damaged are not returnable and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for these items.
